The following information was updated on April 26, 2025 and includes new information on our shipping policies. Please read it carefully.
Graduation regalia listed in the NSCS Store are held in inventory by our fulfillment partner, Printing Plus. Orders are processed and shipped multiple times per week. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Printing Plus. The subject line will be Your NSCS Package is on its way!
This message will contain your tracking number. If you have any trouble locating the email and your tracking information, please email our team at store@nscs.org. and we can help you retrieve that information.If you are interested in expedited shipping options on graduation regalia, please email our team at store@nscs.org. to let us know the items you're interested in ordering and your mailing address and we can give you a quote on the pricing.
Some products in our store are Print-on-Demand and these products are created only once you place your order. These products ship from different facilities.
The fulfillment times are within the 2–7 business day timeframe to create the product plus shipping. There is an estimate of the expected delivery shown with each item. However, if you order multiple products within one (1) order, there may be a slight delay in delivery. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, get in touch with us at store@nscs.org. Let us know about your delayed shipment with your order number and we'll check it out. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.
