Important Shipping Information
The following information was updated on September 21, 2022 and includes new information on our shipping policies. Please read it carefully.
Some items listed in the NSCS Store are held in inventory in our warehouse (for example, Grad Regalia). These orders are shipped via UPS. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses - please be sure to include a street address for your delivery.
For those items, orders received before 12pm Eastern time (9am Pacific) will process and ship the next business day; orders received after 12pm Eastern time (9am Pacific) will be processed and ship in two (2) business days. There are no exceptions and orders cannot be rushed as we use a third-party warehouse company to receive and process all in-stock items. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Orders received after 12pm Eastern time (9am Pacific) on Friday will not be processed until the following Tuesday.
Shipping time estimates do not include the time to receive and process an order. In general, you can expect your order to be received and processed in 1-2 business days, and then it will take an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your selected shipping method, for your order to arrive.
Please note that we no longer offer shipping through the U.S. Postal Service for in stock items including Graduation Regalia. Due to the number of complaints we received, we have switched to UPS Ground as our default shipping option. It is slightly more expensive than USPS Priority Mail, but we have found it to be much more reliable and orders are arriving faster and order updates are more accurate. We appreciate your understanding.
Some items in our store are "print on demand" and are only created once you place your order. These items ship from a different facility. The fulfillment times are within the 2–7 business day timeframe to create the item plus shipping. There is an estimate of the expected delivery shown with each item. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know about your delayed shipment with your order number and we'll check it out. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.
If you order graduation regalia and print on demand items in the same transaction, the system will default to the least expensive shipping option. You will not have the option to select your shipping type. If you are in a rush to receive your graduation regalia, we suggest you order those items only in order to select the appropriate shipping option.
