Return and Refund Policy

All sales on products listed as Print-On-Demand are final. NSCS reserves the right not to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds to any order containing these print-on-demand products. These products are made especially for the customer as soon as the order is placed, which means no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible. All Sales with Print-On-Demand are final.

NSCS Does not accept returns or exchanges on any clothing items purchased from the NSCS store.

All sales on Graduation Regalia purchased through the NSCS Store are final and not eligible for return. 

If an item you receive is damaged, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the product to be eligible for a refund or replacement item. Please email store@nscs.org with your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and the shipping container.
